How to introduce Shrimps in your aquarium ?

Things you will need:

  • U Clip
  • Airline Tubing - 10 Feet
  • Air controller

Step 1 : 

Take the air tube and attached the U Clip on one end and air controller on the other end.

Step 2 :

Keeping the water level to a minimum, Drain the extra water, Keep the Shrimp/Fish bag on the ground or transfer the shrimps into a container. 

 

Step 3 :

Hang the U clip on the aquarium and controller facing inside the container, you may want to place a tray underneath so avoid any spillage

Step 4 :

Siphon some water from the air controller and set the air controller to 1 bubble per second (+/-). Leave the drip for about 2 hours

Step 5 :

After about 2 hours the water should be 250%-300% volume of the container. Now its time to introduce the shrimps into the aquarium

Step 6 : 

Remove the air tubing drip. Take the container and drain the water with shrimps into a net

Step 7 :

Notes:

  • Do not put shrimp water into the aquarium.
  • Watch the drip every 15 mins to avoid any flooding.
  • The best time to introduce shrimps should be in evening after the lights have turned off.
