The cable suspension provides flexible and individual ways to install the many different Chihiros LED lamps over your tank. It is suitable for open aquariums aquariums.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We want the product to be re-sellable to another customer just like you would want a new product.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@aquascaping.in If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods & Live Stock (such as live fish, live shrimps, or live plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or filled co2 cylinders . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I mounted the rope suspension with the 2 matching aluminum stands. It is easy to adjust and looks very good. In terms of quality, the products obviously cannot be compared with the large Japanese competitor. The holes are made to measure and can be screwed together easily. The only thing that bothers me is the horrible brown "protective film" on the 2 acrylic parts, which cannot be removed without causing damage.
But for the price you can overlook that.
I use the suspension with two Chihiros A901 above an ADA 90-p. The clamps make it very easy to adjust the height of the lamp using the Ypsilon loop. The lamps don't sag or anything like that. I am therefore very happy with the suspension. The cable supplied is only long enough for the Chihiros rope suspension stands. If you want to hang from the ceiling, you should get rubber-coated wire (0.6mm steel, 0.4mm sheath) from a model building supply store. This looks and feels exactly like the rope supplied.
The workmanship is good, the price is reasonable and making these parts yourself is a huge effort. That's why I already have 2 of these rope suspensions in use and I'm completely satisfied.
I replaced my 7 Leddy Plant 2.0 with the Chihiros lamp and really wanted a hanging lamp.
Conversion was really easy, but more rope could have been included. I bought 2 sets to have enough rope. (3m ceiling height)
My pool is 140x50x35cm and therefore only half as high as usual, hence the extra rope required. But for the price it's great and I have spare parts. ;)
