Note:
1. Any filters purchased from our website are covered in 2 year warranty against any manufacturing defects. Breakage from mishandling will not be accepted/covered in warranty.
2. All external filter are sent via surface courier, therefore it takes additional 2-3 days to reach you.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We want the product to be re-sellable to another customer just like you would want a new product.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@aquascaping.in If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods & Live Stock (such as live fish, live shrimps, or live plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or filled co2 cylinders . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Excellent
I love Eheim classic filters, but this filter leaked almost immediately. I was a beginner at the time I received it, so I thought that it was probably me. I put the filter away and waited about six months when I moved to a new house to take it out and try to set it up again. Again, it leaked. I kept the media and threw the rest of the stuff away, determining never to buy anything but the classic Eheims-- 2211, 2213, 2215, and 2217--all of which have been excellent. Also, the Eheim gigantic filter--the 2262--has been excellent in my experience for my monster tanks. In my experience, Eheim is great for classic filters and 2262, but I distrust their other models. I would go with the larger Penn Plax filters if you are looking for a less expensive and more reliable alternative to these sort of mid-sized Eheims that tend to have mixed reviews.
