How long will this cylinder last in my aquarium ?
- This is the most common question we get from our customers, hence we have written the below as a rough guide operating @ 7/8 hours per day
2 Feet Planted Aquarium = 5-6 Month's
3 Feet Planted Aquarium = 3-5 Month's
4 Feet Planted Aquarium = 3-4 Month's
5 Feet Planted Aquarium = 2-4 Month's
We have taken this input from over 10 years of feedback from hobbyists from Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai & Mumbai.

As per law, the cylinder will be shipped empty and you can get it refilled easily. (Please do not request to ship it filled).

As per norms, a charge of Rs300 will be additional in case you request for a test certificate for cylinder which is at actual paid to the manufacturer.

Never separate a stationary pressure regulator form a CO2 bottle, if it is under pressure. Close the bottle valve, and open the needle valve to release the gas before you separate both units.

CO2 bottles can only be used in upright (vertical) position. Do not incline or use it horizontally, liquid CO2 might damage the pressure regulator.

Please research online if case you are setting up or handling pressurised Co2 cylinder for the first time, Aquacaping is not responsible for any accidents of any kind.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We want the product to be re-sellable to another customer just like you would want a new product.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@aquascaping.in If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods & Live Stock (such as live fish, live shrimps, or live plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or filled co2 cylinders . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
