CALIBRATION

The pH sensing bulbs become less sensitive over time so make sure that you are calibrating regularly to keep your PRO pH meter accurate. Also, calibrate after cleaning or a long period of storage.

 

pH 4.01 

M10004B is a lab grade pH 4.01 buffer solution certified to meet the standard to an accuracy of ±0.01 pH removing the inaccuracies involved with mixing calibration solutions from powder.

CLEANING

Residue from the sample can impact the sensitivity of the sensing bulb and block the junction. This is especially true if the sample has a lot of organic material. We recommend regularly soaking your electrode in cleaning solution.

 

CLEANING SOLUTION

Electrode cleaning solution is ideal for cleaning all pH, ORP and TDS meter's probes.  To help maintain high performance and accuracy for any electrode, regular cleaning is required to remove the build up of dirt and sentiment on the glass or carbon surfaces of a sensing probe.  Use M10016B to help extend the life of the meter's electrode. 

Electrode cleaning solution should not be a substitute for rinse and or storage solutions.
