Will these pipe fit with Indian standard UPVC and CVPC ?
- These are DIN fittings and will only fit with DIN standard fittings. uPVC and cPVC pipes in India are not commonly DIN standard. Hence they will not fit.
Are the pipes/fittings SCH 40 / 80 ?
- Flowcolour produces uPVC piping and fittings that are designed to DIN (metric) standards rather than the American ANSI/ASTM Schedule 40/80 standard, hence you can compare their pressure rating rather than the usual SCH 40/80 standard. We have used both SCH 80 as well as flowcolour products and their products are highest quality.
Are the pipes heavy duty ?

What is the best way to cut a pipe ?
- We always emphasis on cutting pipes with a cutter, this not only gives a clean cut but an even cut also, this eliminated many issues such as future leakage issues, or weak point plumbing etc. Never use that cutter for any other purpose other than cutting pipes.
What size or diameter hole to drill in my aquarium ?
- The diagram for bulkhead is mentioned in the product photo, you can use that as a reference, however we always suggest to purchase the bulkheads in advance and give it to your supplier to help you cut the exact size, drilling a hole is pretty easy but drilling 3 holes in one place at the exact distance requires drawing and planning, your supplier does not understand the hobby, with bulkhead in front, things become easier.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We want the product to be re-sellable to another customer just like you would want a new product.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@aquascaping.in If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods & Live Stock (such as live fish, live shrimps, or live plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or filled co2 cylinders . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
